Strawberry Cucumber Salsa – Recipe

Hey everyone the recipe I want to share with you this week speaks summer to me!! Nothing is better than fresh picked strawberries… and I would of never thought to pair them like this in this recipe!! It is delicious!!

So here is what you need to buy:

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries

2 Field Cucumbers (I peeled mine, but you don’t have to)

1/2  red onion

1 small Jalapeño, seeds removed

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro

Juice of 1 small lime

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chop up into small bites the Strawberries, Cucumber, Red Onion, Jalapeño, and Cilantro. Mix Ingredients in a bowl

Drizzle with the lime juice, and toss to coat, then add salt and pepper to your liking…. that’s it! How is that for Easy!! (original Recipe here)

Serve with a nice Rosemary and Sea Salt Cracker, or try with the Town House Flatbread Crisps (in Sea salt and Olive Oil) which are available in the USA, and are delicious but sorry to my Canadian friends we cannot get those crackers here, so find something similar and enjoy :)

As always leave me some comments with your thoughts on this recipe, and let me know if you make any changes… I hope you enjoy it :)
